Dr. Kennedy was focusing on the events and strategic decisions during the 18-month period between January of 1943 and June of 1944 that led to the victory of the allied forces during the Second World War.

Dr. Kennedy was born in 1945 in the northern English town of Wallsend, Northumberland, he obtained his BA at Newcastle University and his Ph.D at the University of Oxford. He is internationally known for his writings and commentaries on global political, economic, and strategic issues. He is the author or editor of nineteen books, including The Rise and Fall of the Great Powers and his latest book The Parliament of Men: The Past, Present and Future of the United Nations .
