Co-sponsored by the Department of Government and the Mortara Center for International Studies, Georgetown University. 

The GUITARS series is run by James Vreeland, Associate Professor in the School of Foreign Service.

This seminar is intended for faculty and doctoral students in SFS and Government. Papers will be posted in advance of the meeting, and participants are asked to read them beforehand as there will be no formal presentation by the author.
