Amanda is an M.A. candidate for the German and European Studies program in the Walsh School of Foreign Service. She received her B.S. in Political Science and International Development from Portland State University and conducted her undergraduate honors research in European Defense Integration. Amanda's interest in international politics and diplomacy has been inspired by her fifteen-year career traveling the world as a musician and her passion for storytelling and human engagement. Amanda is the Mortara Program Assistant, overseeing the MURFs program as well as the annual Walsh Exchange conference.
