Conference Room Reservations

The Mortara Center Conference Room is available for reservation by Georgetown affiliates for their events. If you wish to reserve the conference room, please consult our guidelines below and check the tentative availability. Once you have completed the steps above, you may submit the reservation request form. The Mortara Center staff reviews all requests on a daily basis and will respond within two business days.

The Mortara Center only accepts reservation requests outside of business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) from the School of Foreign Service’s centers and programs. For events taking place outside of normal business hours, we kindly request that SFS organizers have a trained staff member on site throughout the event. The SFS organizer is responsible for ensuring the building is left in a clean and orderly condition following the event.

Please note that as of September 2023, the A/V system in the Conference Room has been completely upgraded. The room is now a “Zoom Room,” which can be used for wireless content sharing from your own device, hybrid meetings, event recordings, and more. For further details, please refer to our guidelines.
