Pauline Courteille
Assistant Director
Pauline Courteille is the Assistant Director of the Mortara Center for International Studies since February 2024. She helps the Director in developing the center’s strategy, programs, and activities while ensuring its smooth operation.
As a graduate student in Strasbourg and Paris, France, Pauline worked for local governments focusing on international projects and human resources policies. In 2020, she moved to Brussels, Belgium, to intern at the European Parliament. After being hired as an assistant implementing HR processes, she was promoted to administrator in 2022, leading interdepartmental teams on external communication and outreach practices.
Born and raised in Normandy, Pauline also studied in Vilnius, Lithuania, and Toronto, Canada. She currently resides in Downtown D.C.
