Georgetown University International Theory and Research Seminar Co-sponsored by the Department of Government and the Mortara Center for International Studies. The seminar is intended for faculty and doctoral students in SFS and Government. Papers are circulated in advance of the meeting, and participants are asked to read them beforehand as there will be no formal presentation by the author. All talks will take place in the Mortara Center at 12:30pm on Mondays.
The GUITARS series is run by Abraham Newman, Mortara Director and Associate Professor in the School of Foreign Service.
