Layna Mosley

Layna Mosley is a Professor in the Department of Politics and the School for Public and International Affairs (SPIA) at Princeton University. Her research focuses on the politics economy of sovereign finance; the effects of supply chains and multinational production on worker rights; and the global governance of capital markets. Her research has employed a range of methods, including interviews, archival materials, firm surveys and quantitative analyses. Mosley is author of Global Capital and National Governments (2003) and Labor Rights and Multinational Production (2011). She is editor of Interview Research in Political Science (Cornell 2013); a member of the WomenAlsoKnowStuff executive committee; and was a member of the APSA Ad-Hoc Committee on Human Subjects Research (2017-2019). She previously taught at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2004-2020) and at the University of Notre Dame (1999-2004).
